Car parking is available at the terminal with a daily charge. A bus connection from the city centre to the ferry operates from near to the St Stephen's Shopping Centre and Hull Paragon Interchange rail station.

P&O ended its ferry service between Hull and Zeebrugge in Belgium from January 1, 2021.
